Our treatment cancellation policy
To avoid service disruption for all our customers (including you) we operate a strict, full-fee 48-hour cancellation / rescheduling policy. To avoid being charged the full fee of your appointment please kindly give us the courtesy of 48-hour's notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for another day. Bookings made 48 hours or less in advance of the appointment time can not be changed or refunded. For Monday appointments the cancellation policy is 72-hours (cancellations must be made by the previous Saturday morning at the latest). No exceptions can be made to this policy but if we can find a replacement for your cancelled appointment we will be happy not to charge you the cancellation fee.
Our course cancellation policy
LipoTherapeia courses may be cancelled within 28 days from the day of purchase or before the 4th session is received (whichever is the earliest). Refund will be given for any unused treatments and these will be charged at the full price (NOT at the discounted course price). Refunds will not be given for the used portions of your course. After 28 days no refund will be given for LipoTherapeia courses which must be used within 180 days fromt he date fo purchase.
Any LipoTherapeia creams provided at a discounted price as part of your course of treatments (currently £65 for 1x500ml bottle for a course of 6x, and £125 for 2x500ml bottles for a course of 12x) will be charged at full price (£125 and £250, respectively) if the course, or part of the course, is cancelled and refunded, and the difference in price will be subtracted from your refundable course amount.
Treatments/consultations cancelled or postponed without 48-hour notice will be taken out of your course of treatments, according to our 48-hour full-fee cancellation policy (72-hours for Monday appointments).
All courses expire within 180 calendar days of their purchase date - please use your full course within 180 days to avoid losing your sessions.
