Lipo Lift: Intensive buttock lifting treatments from LipoTherapeia
What causes the “sagging bottom” effect?
A firm skin, a lack of excess fat, lack of fluid retention, toned buttock muscles and strong connective tissues help the buttocks resist gravity and maintain a lifted, round shape. As soon as the amount of fat stored and water retained in the buttocks increases, then there is more weight that has to be supported by the skin, muscles and connective tissues, thereby causing sagging. If the skin and connective tissues become “slack”, the sagging effect is obviously magnified.
The problem is that, most often, what causes fat accumulation usually causes water retention and skin / connective tissue looseness, compounding the problem. In addition, if the buttock muscles (primarily gluteus maximus, but also gluteus medius and minimus) are weak and not able to suspend themselves against gravity, then they will not be able to suspend the fat above them too and will actually contribute to the drooping effect instead of minimising it, to the detriment of their owner’s self-image.
How can I lift up my buttocks?
As with everything else an integrated approach works better than isolated efforts. To lift your bottom you need to work on the muscles, the fat tissue, water retention, the skin and the connective tissues, i.e. toning the muscles, reducing the fat, firming up the skin and toning the connective tissues.
Toning your buttock muscles
The best way to tone the hip muscles in order to lift your bum is by working pretty intensively on your gluteus maximus muscle with lunges, squats and hip extension exercises. In all three cases you must mentally focus on your buttock muscles when performing the exercises, otherwise you may place too much emphasis on the quadriceps (quads) if you perform squats and lunges or on the hamstrings if you perform hip extensions.
Lunges are pretty straightforward, so there's no special advice I can give you about them. However, squats are different: there are many different variations of squats out there and my favourite for buttock lifting are squats performed with one leg whilst leaning against a wall with the aid of a Swiss ball between your back and the wall. This will help focus your effort on the gluteus maximus and not on your quads and avoid you obtaining footballers' thighs. However, the best exercise for buttock lifting are hip extensions, performed either on the pulley machine, a dedicated hip extension machine, against elastic band resistance (you must use two, three or more of the highest resistance elastic bands for best results) or sitting down on all four and kicking upwards, ideally with ankle weights strapped on your ankles.
The gluteus maximus is one muscle in your body that you cannot exercise enough - especially considering than 90% of women don't have strong enough muscles to support their fat and water contained in their buttocks. The more exercise you do the more round, firm and lifted your bum will become and there is no danger of overdoing it, as is the case with the thigh or calf muscles (footballer thighs and calves). If you are ever going to be a body builder - be a gluteus maximus body builder - you can never go wrong! Stronger gluteus muscles mean more resistance to the gravitational pull that fat and water retained in your bum causes on your buttocks, and therefore a firmer, more lifted shape.
By the way, don't even think of wasting your money on electrical stimulation machines, either for home use or the professional ones you find at beauty salons. They are a sheer waste of money, especially when you think that you can achieve 10x times better results without spending a single penny and only by working out for twenty minutes, twice a week at the gym or at home.

Reducing the fat on your bum with diet, exercise and LipoTherapeia
That becomes a little more tricky, because as all women know it is impossible to isolate your fat loss effort on a specific area simply with exercise or diet. Don't get me wrong, diet and exercise are absolutely essential for fat burning and therefore fat loss, it's just that in most women diet and exercise typically leads to fat loss in any other area except the hips and thighs. LipoTherapeia can help you in this respect in five distinct ways:
- By offering you all the diet and exercise advice you need to get the the most out of your diet and exercise effort (Lipo Consultation)
- By maximising the results you get from exercise with the Lipo Supplements, a combination of natural, stimulant-free, healthy, and most importantly, effective weight loss supplements, that do work
- By helping you focus the efforts of your exercise with the Lipo Active Cellulite Massage. When you exercise you produce fat-burning hormones that circulate all over your body and stimulate your fat cells to release fat. By seriously increasing circulation in your buttock fat cells the Lipo Active Cellulite Massage ensures that more fat-burning hormones reach your bum (that most probably suffers from poor circulation) than would normally do if you just exercised and did not have treatment. This helps you achieve local fat loss, also known as topical fat loss or spot reduction. It is simple and it works!
- The Lipo Actives anti-cellulite creams contain several fat-fighting ingredients and they are used during your Lipo Active Cellulite Massage to maximise it's effectiveness. But most importantly they are used by you, twice a day, and help you focus your fat loss efforts on the areas they are applied - buttocks, stomach, waist, thighs, arms, or calves - literally anywhere you need to lose fat, always as part of a diet and exercise regime of course!
- The Lipo Active Ultrasound Mesotherapy enhances the absorption of the fat-reducing ingredients found in the Lipo Actives cream, thereby maximising their effectiveness in helping you reduce fat levels under the skin. In addition, ultrasound itself destabilises fat cells further enhancing local fat loss.
Reducing hip fluid retention with LipoTherapeia
Water retention in your bum area increases the weight of the tissues underneath the skin, thereby leading to a greater gravity pull and causing your bottom to droop. You can decrease fluid retention by making sure you exercise a lot, lift your legs up when you lie down, eliminate constipation if present, detoxify your liver, and pay attention to your diet in general - more berry fruits, vegetables, protein and oily fish and less saturated fat, sugar and salt are essential. The long term use of stockings and special fluid drainage tights are not recommended, unless you suffer from clinical oedema, as they decrease arterial flow and also prevent everyday mechanical stimulation from reaching your tissues, thereby making them loose and weak.
LipoTherapeia can help minimise water retention in your bum in five different ways:
- By offering you all the personalised exercise and diet advice you need to effectively reduce water retention (Lipo Consultation)
- By offering your tissues vigorous lymphatic stimulation combined with gentle lymphatic drainage, parts of the Lipo Active Cellulite Massage routine
- The Lipo Actives contain several fluid draining and circulation-enhancing ingredients that maximise the benefits of the Lipo Active cellulite Massage, leaving your bum tingling with vitality and your legs buzzing and a whole lot lighter. The Lipo Actives are also used at home by you, twice a day and daily contribute to the fight against fluid retention on your bum
- The Lipo Active Cellulite Wrap is a combination of pressotherapy lymphatic drainage and a nourishing body wrap that contains the Lipo Actives. The pressotherapy lymph drainage enhances the Lipo Actives' activity and absorption but most importantly directly drains fluid from your legs which is them directed to the general circulation and is eliminated through the kidneys in the form of urine.
- The Lipo Active Ultrasound Mesotherapy helps your skin absorb better the circulation-specific ingredients of the Lipo Actives which can then reach your blood vessels and lymphatics to stimulate their repair and strengthen them. In addition, ultrasound itself directly stimulates circulation.
Less water means less gravitational pull and therefore more lifted and smoother buttocks!
Improving skin firmness and connective tissue strength with LipoTherapeia - guaranteed!
Loose skin and weak connective tissues cannot effectively fight the gravitational pull applies on your buttocks by fat and all too often water retained in your buttock tissues. To improve skin and connective tissue strength you must exercise regularly, eat enough protein and have enough vitamin C and other collagen-boosting nutrients. However, if due to poor lifestyle choices in the past your skin became loose you will need some external help.
LipoTherapeia can help firm up your skin and connective tissues in four different ways:
- By offering you all the personalised exercise and diet information you need to effectively reduce water retention (Lipo Consultation)
- By offering you several collagen-boosting ingredients, via the Lipo Actives, our advanced anti-cellulite, skin firming and fluid draining creams. These help during the Lipo Active Cellulite Massage treatment, boosting it's effectiveness. They also daily provide your tissues with continuous nourishment and stimulation when you apply them twice a day at home.
- And most importantly, through the Lipo Active Cellulite Massage that provides vigorous mechanical stimulation, which in turn boosts collagen function and facilitates the proliferation of collagen producing cells at the expense of fat cells. The Lipo Active Celulite Massage is so effective in improving firmness that we guarantee it!
- The Lipo Active Ultrasound Mesotherapy enhances the absorption of the skin firming LIpo Actives ingredients and directly stimulates connective tissue strengthening and thereby skin firming
Firmer skin and stronger connective tissues mean more resistance to gravity and therefore better looking bottoms!
