This is to minimize service disruption at our clinics from cancellations and no-shows, and thereby offer you a better, more efficient service. Our cancellation policy is outlined below. Please note that we do not receive or store your credit card details - all transactions are independently processed by our credit card processing provider, Google Checkout, and are covered by the renowned customer protection Google offers.
Our cancellation policy
To avoid service disruption for all our customers (including you) we operate a strict, full-fee 48-hour cancellation / rescheduling policy. To avoid being charged the full fee of your appointment please kindly give us the courtesy of 48-hour's notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for another day. Bookings made 48 hours or less in advance of the appointment time can not be changed or refunded. For Monday appointments the cancellation policy is 72-hours (cancellations must be made by the previous Saturday morning at the latest). No exceptions can be made to this policy but if we can find a replacement for your cancelled appointment we will be happy not to charge you the cancellation fee.

Unfortunately there are a lot of people out there who are happy to book a treatment and then not show up at all or just cancel at the last minute without providing us with any notice. Naturally, this is not a way to operate a practice in London, so we started operating the pre-payment policy, which has been surprisingly well-accepted by our clients.
So, if you would like to have a quality treatment, in a professional environment, provided by a highly qualified therapist, we would ask you to respect all the time and effort we put into helping you look great, and pay in advance for your treatment - otherwise we regrettably can not serve you. We only operate the prepayment policy to prevent time-wasters who don't show up for appointments and unnecessarily occupy appointment times that can be used by you! Your money is absolutely safe with us and for your peace of mind we would like to note that you are additionally covered by both Paypal's/Google Checkout's customer protection policy and your bank/credit card provider. If you wish to cancel your appointment completely and provide us with 2-working days' notice, an immediate refund will be issued to you - absolutely no questions asked!
