  • The room is located at the The Light Centre Marylebone, but you will be renting directly from us, LipoTherapeia Ltd and situated in the lower ground floor

  • This is the largest and best room in the centre

  • Modern, spacious (160 sq ft), spotlessly clean room

  • Part of a health centre with reception, two waiting areas, two bathrooms, water cooler and kettle

  • The room is available for whole-day rental on a continuous basis on:

    • Sundays: 9am-5pm, £110/day, £473/month

    • Mondays: 8am-8pm, £160/day, £688/month

    • Thursdays: 8am-8pm, £180/day, £774/month

  • You can rent one day, two days or all three days

  • Sorry, no ad hoc rental or half-day rental

About you:

  • You must provide full qualifications and insurance for the treatments you intend to practise

  • If treatments need registration with the Care Quality Commission you must arrange such registration before practising in the room and assume all relevant costs for such registration

  • If you wish to expand into new treatments you must provide the appropriate qualifications and insurance update, as well as CQC, if relevant
