Can I exercise before/after my cavitation / radiofrequency treatment?

For cellulite reduction, it would actually be amazing if you could exercise right before or right after a deep-acting, high-power radiofrequency or cavitation treatment.

Or why not, both before and after!

The reason for this is simple. A good (i.e. deep-acting and high-power) radiofrequency or ultrasound cavitation treatment stimulates lipolysis in the hypodermis, i.e. the release of fat from fat cells in the “cellulite layer”.

If you can also provide a stimulus for lipolysis with your own noradrenaline, then you have a double lipolysis whammy. Noradrenaline happens to be the strongest natural lipolytic substance known and the best way to produce it is exercise - vigorous, if possible.

So if you exercise right before or right after exercise you get enhanced lipolysis, therefore more fat release, therefore more cellulite reduction.

So, yes, get out there and exercise after a deep, strong radiofrequency treatment.

Should I exercise after an RF skin tightening treatment?

For skin  tightening, exercising before or after treatment is irrelevant, but you can still do so if you wish.

Exercise after a low power / superficial RF treatment

Whether you do exercise or not after a superficial and/or low power RF treatment is irrelevant, as not much (if any) lipolysis will occur during treatment.

Exercise after RF microneedling, deep microneedling or HIFU

Destructive (i.e. extreme intensity) treatments, such as RF microneedling, deep microneedling, extreme intensity RF or extreme intensity HIFU, produce a lot of adverse reactions and not much in the way of body skin tightening or cellulite reduction) and can leave your skin raw, inflamed and prone to infection.

After such treatment you may not be able to do many things, depending on the damage/adverse reactions occurring from that kind of treatment.

But as we would never offer such an unsafe and quite honestly unnecessarily barbaric treatments, there is not point giving advice for their adverse reactions. If you wish to know more about what is safe and what is not after having such treatments, please ask the providers of such treatments

(With our deep-acting, high-power radiofrequency and high-power ultrasound cavitation we have zero downtime and 99.5% safety, so clients can do anything they want right, after treatment, including exercise.)
